Revelation 17:1-5 ”The Great Harlot”

In today's episode, we look at one of the most difficult passages within the book of Revelation.  John is visited by an angelic interpreter who will explain to him the judgment of Great Babylon.   The first few verses give a description of this woman who "sits on many waters".   Old Testament prophecy and scripture will help us to interpret the symbolism. 

Revelation 15 & 16 ”The Seven Bowl Judgments”

In today's episode, we come to the final series of judgments on the "earth-dwellers" in Revelation.  The 7 Bowl (KJV says "vials") Judgments especially target those who worship the beast.  They are unprecedented and unparalleled in their scope and destruction.  Despite the awful outpouring of God's wrath, men choose to blaspheme God rather than repent.   These judgments pave the way for the campaign of Armageddon, and the Second Coming of Jesus Christ. 

Revelation 14: ”Scenes of Hope”

Today we look at the proleptic scene of the Lamb on Mt Zion victorious and the 144,000 are with Him.  We also have several dramatic announcements from angels, warning the earth-dwellers of God's judgment to come on unbelievers.  One final time, God pleads with men to repent and acknowledge Him as Creator.   We also see images of harvest when Jesus and the holy angels are coming to separate the wheat from the tares.  God is seen as treading down His enemies like grapes in a winepress.

Revelation 13:11-18 ”The False Prophet”

We are continuing in Revelation 13 and now we are introduced into a second beast that resembles a lamb but speaks as a dragon.  We also read of signs, wonders, and miracles that will deceive many into worshipping the first beast (whose deadly wound was healed).  These beasts are able to achieve a one-world government and a one-world religion.  All will be forced to take the mark of the beast or else they will not be able to buy, sell, or participate in the global economy.   This will be a time of unprecedented deception.   Make sure that you are familiar with the Truth today and have a relationship with Jesus Christ! 

Revelation 13:1-10 ”A Beast Rising From The Sea”

In today's episode we are once again introduced to a wild beast rising up from the sea.  Chapter 12 described the great red dragon and his fury against the Woman (Israel).  Chapter 13 describes the two (human) instruments he will use to take out his wrath against the nation of Israel and the surviving nations.  In order to understand this beast with 7 heads and ten horns we must look to the prophet Daniel for clarification. 

Revelation 12: ”The Woman, The Dragon, and The Man Child”

Today we look at possibly the most symbolic chapter in The Revelation.  In chapter 12 we see a Woman clothed with the sun and the moon under her feet with a garland of 12 stars.  Much conjecture has taken place over the identity of the Woman.  We will look at her identity as well as the great red dragon and the Man Child who will rule the nations with a rod of iron.

Revelation 11: ”The Two Witnesses and the 7th Trumpet”

In today's episode we look at the phenomenal ministry of God's Two Witnesses during the Tribulation period.   We are told their ministry will last 1260 days and they will be empowered to do extraordinary exploits.   We are also introduced to this dark figure called simply "the beast".  Despite his arrival on the scene, the 7th Trumpet blows announcing that God's plans to usher in His Kingdom are underway. 

Revelation 11:1-2 ”Israel’s Third Temple”

We are still in the interlude between the 6th and 7th Trumpet judgements.  Today we look at the first two verses of chapter 11.  John is told to measure the Temple of God, the altar, and the worshippers therein.   Today we tackle the controversial subject of Israel's 3rd temple- the one that will be desecrated by Antichrist.

Revelation Chapter 10: ”A Bittersweet Book”

In this chapter, John encounters a powerful angel who delivers to him a little book.  This book will be sweet as honey in his mouth, but bitter in his belly.   We see many familiar symbols in this angel (cloud, rainbow, radiant face, voice roaring like a lion, etc.).   It is tempting for many scholars to identify this mighty angel as Christ.   Join us today as we compare and contrast the attributes of this angel with the Lord Jesus.   We will also see the Old Testament symbolism that accompanies "the little book". 

”When A Nation Turns its Back on God”

In this Independence Day message, we look at the signs of a nation under the chastisement of Almighty God.  All indications point to our Nation being under Divine discipline.   Our only hope for revival is a turning back to the LORD!
